I defined the experience vision and design principles for Lululemon's supply planning and strategic allocation apps eco system, establishing guidelines that ensured consistency while leading design system development. Working as a player-coach, I mentor a small UX team in creating scalable UI components that adhered to usability and WCAG AA accessibility standards.
I delivered high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, actively participated in quality testing throughout the software delivery process, and successfully lead teams in designing multiple responsive MVPs for purchase order tracking that achieved 100% adoption from previous manual processes.

In partnership with product managers, I shaped UX strategy with a clear focus on business impact, exemplified by my optimization of the mortgage rate comparison tool. I was hired to revamped the outdated Xbox Game Studios Developer Services interface, addressing issues with responsiveness, accessibility, and user-friendliness.
The outdated system caused difficulties in updating information, resulting in conflicting data and team frustration. My goal was to modernize the site, enhance user-friendliness for edits, and establish a single source of truth.
Through extensive user research, A/B testing, and revisions, I delivered a dashboard that increased productivity by 197%, ensured up-to-date data, and set the foundation for future expansion.
In addition to the above, I also designed and implemented automated contract management software that eliminated manual processes, reducing contract creation time by 65% and decreasing missed deadlines by 80% across 25+ studios

During my initial tenure with EPS, I served as an analyst for their Defense Logistics Agency contracts. It was during this period that I identified inefficiencies in the tools and software employed for contract analysis, bidding, tracking, delivery, and invoicing. In my concluding years, I took the initiative to launch a project aimed at developing a centralized dashboard to track the life cycle of our contracts. This tool streamlined contract management processes, empowering employees to efficiently oversee contracts through a unified software platform.
After attending General assembly, my old employer welcomed me back to help with additional ad-ons for the contract management dashboard I had created. During that time, I lead UX research and design to steer the creative direction and provide strategic solution to the dev team.
